Return

Return Policy

You have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. According to the Order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine dated April 19, 2007 № 103 "On the rules of sale of goods on order outside of retail or office premises", we undertake to return the money paid by you no later than 30 days from the date of written notice of return and return of goods.

Refunds are given:

- to the card of Privat Bank or to the card of another bank - only to the person who made the payment: full name must correspond to the buyer (!).

By picking up the goods from the New Post office, you automatically agree with the quality and completeness of the goods. Please check the parcel in front of the courier service employee/courier.

If you wish to issue a partial refund of a shipped order:

  • pay for the order (full price);
  • you file a return and send it to us;
  • you get your money after the product is delivered back to the store.

According to the law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" we will transfer you the money no later than 7 days after the parcel arrives at the store warehouse.

Shipping of partial or full returns is paid by the customer. In case of return due to the fault of the store or manufacturing defect, we will compensate the cost of shipping.

After sending the return, be sure to provide our operator with the declaration number (TTN) by phone or e-mail (info@brionel.com).

General Provisions

The goods can be exchanged within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and the payment document.

Return of goods of proper quality

Goods of proper quality are goods that have retained their trade dress and consumer properties, and the customer wants to return them. Within 14 days from the date of receipt you can return the purchased goods if they do not suit you in color, size, style.

Return of goods of improper quality

A defective product means a product that is defective or not complete. The difference between the design elements and the design elements indicated on the website does not imply that the goods are defective.

IMPORTANT!

Goods of both proper and improper quality must be handed over in a complete set, with all accessories and a full set of accessories. The buyer's claims for return (exchange) of goods shall be considered by the seller only if there is:

- written application to e-mail (info@brionel.com.ua), which specifies the reason for returning the goods and information about the buyer (passport data for physical persons and card number for refund with full name);

If payment from the buyer was received on the settlement account, when returning the money is transferred from the FLP to which the order amount was credited and returned ONLY to the buyer's card (full name must correspond to the buyer - this is the REQUIRED).

We will refund the money within 7 days from the date of receipt of the return according to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights: "Money paid for the goods shall be returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the contract, and in case of inability to return the money on the day of termination of the contract - in another period by agreement of the parties, but not later than within seven days".

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 № 172 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" indicates a list of goods not subject to exchange (return), namely:

  • perfumes and cosmetics and aerosol-packaged goods;
  • goods for newborns (diapers, nipples, feeding bottles, etc.);
  • corset goods (bras, bodies, corsets), underwear, including bathing suits, nightgowns, pajamas, bathrobes, hosiery;
  • bed linens, towels, blankets, plaids;
  • personal hygiene items: toothbrushes, razors, shaving pomades, combs, combs, massage brushes, manicure and pedicure tools (scissors, files, etc.);
  • down or feather products (except down jackets);
  • soft toys for children;
  • gloves, mittens;
  • knitwear;
  • jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, precious stones of organogenic origin and semi-precious stones;
  • groceries, alcoholic beverages.
